The company

Turvatiimi is one of the leading providers of security services in Finland. Our company uniquely combines local entrepreneurship, Finnish expertise and the extensive resources of an exchange-listed organisation. Quality control

Our quality control policy begins with our vision; our target is to become the leading provider of security services in Finland. Quality control aims at customer satisfaction, starting with continuous personnel motivation and training constitute one of its key elements.

Quality system

Turvatiimi employs an internal quality system, which is maintained and developed in cooperation with Det Norske Veritas (DNV), to meet the requirements of ISO9001 standards. The certification was confirmed in March 2006.

Reporting

According to the customer's wishes, a real time reporting system can also be implemented through TurvaEXTRA system, enabling the monitoring of activities and events from any network connected computer with valid user IDs and passwords. The reporting can include information for the alarm system monitoring, TurvaINTRA system related to reception and stationary guarding services and/or patrol guarding's RFID system.

Our service solutions are balanced combinations of the preferred functional, technical and regional features selected utilising our extensive partner network in Finland and abroad.

We tailor all our services and technical solutions to the customer resources and circumstances, and even in the implementation and development of our services, customer needs are a top priority also in the implementation and development of our services. The service-related reporting is realised according to the customer's wishes with state-of-the-art technology and electronic, real time data transfer.

Our company operates throughout Finland, forming a service network based on local decision-making. Our future goal is to preserve the local nature of our offices as well as the knowledge of the local circumstances, often resulting from the long experience in the area.

We prefer service level contracts with our customers, as this enables the monitoring of service quality on a functional level and continunous quality development. It is our main concern that the customers receive the required real-time data from our service reports and statistics at their disposal at desired intervals and level of detail.

Our operation is based on different forms of active customer partnership, which enables us to develop our services systematically. We adapt our services flexibly to changing needs and circumstances.
